JJ Richa is a serial entrepreneur, business consultant and angel investor.   JJ successfully launched and grew several technology companies.  JJ served in senior executive roles in the restructuring and turnaround of several SMBs in the retail and service industries where he successfully slashed expenses, restructured operations and finance, and grew revenue.  JJ has been helping startups to craft their pitch and reach the right investors in order to raise capital.  JJ further helps small to medium sized businesses with many aspects of their business needs.

Joe Kibbe

Director of Finance and Accounting
Joe Kibbe is an experienced corporate finance executive with more than 25 years of hands-on fiscal management.  He has helped lead several industry leaders such as Verizon Wireless, Westinghouse Digital Electronics, Hitachi and Foundation 9 Entertainment.  Mr. Kibbe is a skilled negotiator who focuses on strategically increasing revenues while at the same time reducing costs and systematically improving the bottom line for all of his clients.  He is currently serving as the CFO Consultant for the Digital Media Center, an International Controller for a mid-sized dietary supplement producer, several small companies in the retail and high tech space as well as an adjunct professor for a community college.  Joe received his Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration from California State University – Chico and his MBA from Golden Gate University in San Francisco and holds a certification as a QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

Kent Mihlbauer

Director of Strategy and Business Development
Kent is a senior marketing and advertising executive with over 20 years of experience. Kent has worked with several Fortune 1,000 companies in the automotive, fashion, financial, supply services, technology, and retail industries. His ability to see strategic opportunities and lead companies through execution has resulted in significant market share and sales gains for his clients.

Kent is a creative solutions provocateur who has helped change companies and industries with his leadership. Kent’s focus on business strategies that increase revenue have helped drive exceptional growth opportunities. His execution of Hyundai’s “America’s Best Warranty” helped turn the company around as well as change the automotive warranty industry forever. Kent was more recently assigned to reorganize a leading international ad agency in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. He brought his expert knowledge in strategy, digital marketing, social media, and integrated marketing to create a strategy & integration department. Kent’s leadership of this new department resulted in increased marketing efficiency and a 10% increase in sales within one year.

Kent is currently working with SMB’s and providing them with the leadership and direction needed to obtain faster sales growth. Kent enjoys using all the new technologies to level the playing field with the big guys and help the “underdogs” win the marketing battle. From B2C, B2B, to Sales Chain activation – smart marketing has never been more important or cost effective for his clients.

Kent received a BA from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and isl a big Badger fan. He is an active member of MENG Orange County (Marketing Executive Network Group), SEMA (Specialty Equipment Manufactures Assoc.), and several other SoCal industry groups. He has lived and worked in San Diego CA, Milwaukee WI, New York NY, Rochester NY, Jeddah Saudi Arabia, and throughout the LA/OC area which brings a unique depth to his national and international marketing and sales expertise.
